RETURN POLICY

At Think Pink Bows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know so we can address your concerns promptly.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery, provided that all original tags are attached. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please include the original packing slip with your returned item(s). Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.

Conditions of Return

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the items. Custom made orders are non-returnable.

Store credit or refunds may take up to 10 days for processing.

Think Pink Bows is not responsible for items damaged due to improper washing. We recommend dry-cleaning or hand washing with cold water for best results.

Please note that all SALE items are final sales.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes in clothing or for store credit. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange, and ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email or phone call, and your payment method will be refunded promptly.
